Turnaround and Proofing:

Normal turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days from receipt of your photo(s) to posting your proof image online. You will be notified when your proof image is available to view and approve on our site. Following final approval, your order will normally ship in 3-5 business days.

Shipping:

Standard shipping is Ground 5-7 days. Express 2 day shipping is also available. Special requests, rush service, international shipments: contact us for a quote prior to placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds:

Because all artwork is "made to order", all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations once production has begun (usually within 1-2 business days following order placement.) If your order has been produced and you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, we will refund the shipping portion of your payment. All returns must be pre-approved, and all products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will be authorized only in the event of shipping damage, or if our product does not match your order specifications: in either case, we will repair or replace your item and reship it to you.

All our artwork is protected under U.S. copyright laws, and is solely copyright Action Design Services. We reserve all rights to reproduction. You are not allowed to reproduce any artwork in any form without the full written approval from Action Design Services. If your photos were taken professionally, you may not have the right to use them to order artwork without permission of your photographer. You are responsible to obtain all necessary permissions prior to sending your photos to us with your order. Action Design Services assumes you have full rights to use your photos you send to us, and accepts no responsibility for any copyright violations resulting from the production of artwork from them.
