Option 1- Send your digital photo or scanned photo file as an e-mail attachment. In your email, be sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. Also, include any notes which will help us produce your photo portrait, such as favorite features of your subject, personality traits, subject's name, etc. - If you are ordering a "Closing Remarks" kit or product, be sure to include your client's name and address, phone, email address and other information for personalization of their items. -or- Option 2- Upload your digital photo or scan file using FTP. Use the following settings in your FTP Client: host: ftp.actiondesignservices.com - After you upload your file(s), send us an email letting us know you have uploaded. In your email, be sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number. Also, include any notes which will help us produce your photo portrait, such as favorite features of your subject, personality traits, subject's name, etc. - If you are ordering a "Closing Remarks" kit or product, be sure to include your client's name and address, phone, email address and other information for personalization of their items. -or- Option 3- Mail a copy of your snapshot photo print, or a CD or DVD containing your photo(s), to this address: Action Design Services NOTE: If you choose to mail your photo print, be sure to send a copy of your photo, rather than an original, as we may not return your photo when your artwork is delivered. - Be sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number.
